Sarah Murray, MD, IFM-CP, Founder and Director
Dr. Sarah Murray is an alumna of Harvard University (Anthropology, cum laude), and Georgetown University School of Medicine, where she graduated with multiple awards. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Georgetown University-Providence Hospital in Washington, DC and served as Education Chief there. She has worked in community health, urgent care, primary care, and teaching settings and has held faculty appointments at Georgetown and Harvard Medical School. Dr. Murray is a board-certified Family Physician and completed her full certification with the Institute of Functional Medicine in 2021. She is incredibly grateful for the gift of functional medicine in her practice and her own life. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, three active children, and best dog in the whole world. She looks forward to working with you!
Sharilee Stafford, Office Manager
Sharilee Stafford holds a bachelor’s degree in social science and is currently pursuing a Master's in Mental Health Counseling, She is deeply committed to understanding the complexities of human behavior and mental well-being. As the Office Manager at Cura Functional Medicine, she aims to ensure smooth operations while fostering a welcoming environment for clients. Beyond her professional endeavors, Sharilee is married and is the proud mom to two daughters and the loving caretaker of two dogs and a cat. She believes in the transformative power of empathy and compassion and strives to make a positive impact in both her professional and personal spheres.
