Hailing from the suburbs of Chicago, Connie Cumming grew up in the Washington, DC area and graduated magna cum laude from Columbia University. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, with a focus on integrative nutrition. She is passionate about holistic health and a firm believer in epigenetics - that your health genes are not an on/off button but rather a dimmer switch, greatly impacted by diet and lifestyle choices. She believes in getting to the root cause of an issue rather than merely putting a bandaid on a symptom. She is adamant that making "small right decisions" in one’s health habits can result in tremendous positive reverberations. Perhaps most importantly, she believes in empowering people to take charge of their own health through forming sustainable healthy habits. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, two teen boys and one feisty dog.
